How do I order a Custom or Artist Choice phone case?
Hover over the “SHOP” and click the customs tab. If my customs are open, you will see a listing for a Custom phone case and a listing for an Artist Choice phone case. Pick which you prefer and from there, you will select the style you want and add to cart. If you would like any add ons, please check out the Add Ons listing.
What is the difference between Custom and Artist Choice?
The only difference between Custom and Artist choice orders is that custom will come with some layouts for you to pick from once I finish making all the pieces. Artist Choice leaves the layout up to me, but you can still pick the colors, images, and tell me what pieces you would like on the case.

If there is something specific you want that I don't have, please contact me. I may have to charge an extra fee to order a mold or charms that you want.
I also have mini figures available for purchase to add on to any decoden case!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
If you ordered a Custom or Artist Choice item, my processing time is between 3 to 7 weeks (excluding weekends), depending on how many orders I currently have.
If you ordered a premade, ready to ship item it will ship within 3 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, I am only accepting orders from the USA and Canada through my website. If you are international you can still purchase through my Etsy shop! Please note that due to all of Etsy’s fees, my prices are higher there to accommodate that.
Do you accept cancellations?
I will accept cancellations for up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. Once 24 hours have past, I will not be able to cancel your order.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
All orders come with tracking and insurance. Once I drop off the package at the post office, it is out of my control. You will have to go through the post office and file a claim with them. I am unable to refund any lost orders.
